We got down and dirty with Pixel Engine for Unity code today! Our goal: make those enemies and the player feel truly responsive and satisfying to control. It's the kind of work that's invisible to players but makes all the difference in the experience. 👾
Shaping the Battlefield
Our levels are evolving from ideas to actual places to explore (and survive!). We're thinking strategically, ensuring that every twist, turn, and hidden nook adds a layer to the gameplay. 🗺️
The Pieces Come Together
It's all about connections today! We're linking up refined controllers, polished environments, and all the little systems that turn a collection of features into a cohesive game. That feeling of things clicking into place is pure dev magic. ✨
The Playable Vision
That finish line – a fully playable "Wild at Heart" experience – it's getting closer! Every line of code, every asset, every design choice pushes us towards that goal. The pressure is on, but also incredibly motivating! 💪
What's Next?
Enemies need more than just a pretty face... we're giving them the brains to be formidable foes. Plus, the atmosphere is about to get a whole lot moodier. This forest won't just be dangerous; it'll feel hauntingly beautiful.
